Please join Western Montana Area VI to welcome new VDC Idaho Service Coordinator Cherie Coldwell.

My name is Cherie Coldwell and I am a former USAF medical technician and pediatric nurse. My journey to the Western Montana Area 6 Agency on Aging has taken me through the halls of Priest River Lamanna High School where I was the after-school program director, and then the Sandpoint Senior Center as the Executive Director. While at the Sandpoint Senior Center my nutrition program, activities, and newsletters were bench-marked as an example to other senior centers in the state of Idaho by the Idaho Commission on Aging. I am excited to bring a lifetime of experience to the Veteran Directed Care Program. Serving our Veterans and their loved ones in a way that allows them to remain a vital part of their community is my great honor.
