Please join us in welcoming our new Director Lori Thibodeau-Seay.
I am humbled to have been selected as the executive director and look forward to serving our agency population in Western Montana and Idaho. I’d like to take a moment to introduce myself, I am a Fourth generation Montanan, born and raised in Missoula. An Alumni of the University of Montana (Go Griz), earning a bachelor’s degree in social work with an emphasis in business administration. I relocated to Polson in 1998 to begin my career with the Department of Corrections as a Probation and Parole Officer. In 2008 I was promoted to District Supervisor of Lake and Sanders Counties until my retirement last month. This position allowed me numerous leadership opportunities as well as program development. I love the challenge of leadership and management and look forward to continued implementation of current programs and innovation of new opportunities for Area VI.
My husband, Sid Seay, is retired from the lumber industry he is a local artist and musician. We have a blended family of eight children (four each), with 19 grandchildren and one on the way. We are busy supporting them in their many endeavors with sports, barrel racing, motocross, art, music, with the list ever growing.
I am privileged to be a part of an already exceptional team and look forward to the great things to come. My door is always open, and I encourage you to stop by, or call, and we can meet at your convenience. I look forward to what you have to say and to meeting more of you. Lori Thibodeau-Seay, Executive Director, Western Montana Area VI Agency on Aging.
Welcome Lori.
