JOB POSTING- SITE MANAGER
Location: St. Ignatius Senior Citizen Center
Responsibilities:
Supervise Senior Center Office, Kitchen Staff and Volunteers
Provide bookkeeping maintain tax information and prepare payroll at the end of each month
Must be able to assist as needed with cooking, table setting and after meal cleanup
Prepare Nutrition budget annually with approval of Senior Citizen Center Board. Prepare MAST reports, monthly attendance and financial reports. Collect MAST forms on each client, save copy for office and MAST report
Required Qualifications:
High School education graduate, one year supervisory related experience, training or combination of education and experience
Knowledge of budgeting principles
Knowledge of computer programming and filing
Office skills-typing, phone, computer, and filing
Ability to see to needs of Seniors
Supervisory skills
