Kelly Moorse Memorial Document Clinic
The Montana Aging Services Bureau will be holding a Legal Document Clinic on Wednesday, April 28th, remotely, for CSKT enrolled members and local seniors, age 60 and older.
Legal professionals will assist participants in completing their estate planning documents at no cost. Our services are not designed to handle complex estates or large assets, and we do not handle any trusts.

These documents include:
Transfer On Death Deed
Durable Power of Attorney for Health Care
Durable Power of Attorney for Financial
Declaration of Living Will
Declaration of Homestead
Simple Will
Indian Wills

Professionals will help seniors draft their desired documents and legal staff will review them for accuracy. Final documents will be sent out following review. Free resources and educational materials are available upon request.
