Never Boil Corn Again
Microwave for 3 minutes with husks on. Try to peel back a bit to stick some butter on the cob, after microwave cut off ends, grab the husk’s silk and all and tug a bit and the cob should slide right out.
Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Leave the husk on, it will trap in the moisture, leaving you with juicy, tender corn. The husk and silk will peel away easily once it is cooked. Cut off the large end and it slides right out with no silk.
Bonus – either way you keep more of the nutrients in the corn. Enjoy!
