Lake County COA has welcomed a new Executive Director Jennifer Kelly.  A little bit about her.

I’m from the unique Southern State of Louisiana. I am a proud military family member. My family including my son served in the U.S Army. Those experiences provided an opportunity to travel and earn a bachelor’s degree from the University of Alaska Anchorage and a master’s degree from Capella University. I specialized in Substance Abuse and Family and Child Counseling. I have worked in the Human Service field for over 20 years, and I am happy to be a part of LCCOA’s wonderful team.
