The Veteran vaccination clinic has started in Building 7. We are offering vaccinations for 100 initial Veteran vaccinations with a plan to get 200 total (100 initial plus 100 second dosing) daily. These vaccinations are being offered by appointment only. Veterans will be screened through the front entrance (no change to current process). Parking is available in Lot F (open for Veteran COVID-19 vaccinations only).

IF YOU HAVE SYMPTOMS:

Veterans who have symptoms of COVID-19 such as a fever, cough, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing that is new or getting worse, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of smell or taste, nausea, vomiting or diarrhea, current runny nose or nasal congestion or have had contact with someone diagnosed with COVID-19, should contact Mann-Grandstaff VA Medical Center prior to coming to one of our facilities for a scheduled visit.  This can be done by sending a secure message to your Primary or Specialty Care Team through the patient portal at My VA Health, or by calling (509) 434-7000 or 1-800-325-7940.

  • All Veterans and individuals using the main Spokane campus parking lot entrance will now complete COVID-19 screening from the comfort of their own vehicles and proceed directly to their scheduled appointment location.  MGVAMC staff will greet and remind individuals to wear masks while on campus and provide complimentary masks for those without one.  Individuals requiring secondary triage will be directed to a separate area for further evaluation.  Screening at the main lobby entrance remains operational.
  • The drive-up pharmacy will continue to offer services between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM from their improved location near the MRI entrance on the Spokane campus.  Veterans can now submit their prescription or refill order without having to exit their vehicle.  Additional designated parking/waiting areas allow VA pharmacy staff to deliver the medications directly to each vehicle.
  • Visitors/guests are not allowed.  Case by case evaluation is made for hospice patients. Visitors to the hospice unit need to call (509) 434-7017.
  • Outpatients should come to VA appointments alone, if possible and are discouraged from bringing children under 12. One companion who is not sick may come as an attendant.
  • The Urgent Care Clinic remains open from 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM daily.
  • The Community Living Center is not currently accepting admissions.
  • Stay tuned for future updates on Facebook and our public facing website.
