This homemade dry onion soup mix recipe is so easy to make and taste just like Lipton Onion Soup Mix.  Made with basic pantry staple spices, it’s perfect for making classic onion soup dip and seasoning many other recipes.

1/2 cup dried onion flakes

1/4 cup vegetable bouillon powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon dried parsley

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika or regular paprika

1/2 teaspoon celery seed

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

salt to taste

1/4 cup of this homemade blend = 1 foil packet of Lipton Onion Soup.  Recipe should yield 4 packets.

Mix all ingredients together and store in a glass jar or airtight container.  Store in a glass jar for up to 6 months.  Enjoy!
