Rhubarb Crisp

4 cups rhubarb, chopped
1 cup white sugar
1/4 cup melted butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup flour
1 cup oatmeal
1. Mix rhubarb and white sugar together. Place in bottom of 9×9″ pan.
2. Combine remaining ingredients and sprinkle on top of rhubarb mixture.
3. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour (check after 45 minutes).
Make sure to add a scoop of ice cream on top!

Note: younger rhubarb takes a little more sugar than mature rhubarb.
