Zucchini Torte

Ingredients:

4 cups cubed zucchini

1 cup bisquick

1 large onion

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon oregano

3/4 cup shredded cheese

Mix all of this together

Beat:

3 eggs

1/2 cup oil

Directions:

Add beaten eggs and oil mixture to the dry mixture till zucchini is covered.  Bake uncovered at 350 degree for 40 minutes.
